FGEN news round-up - May 2026
See a round-up of the Company's news, events, projects and initiatives in May 2026

In May, FGEN hosted a Capital Markets Day at the Foresight offices, where investors and analysts attended our in-depth presentations on our investment strategy, portfolio and outlook. The day also included dedicated spotlights on FGEN's growth assets:
· CNG Fuels - a nationwide network of Bio-CNG refuelling stations
· The Glasshouse - a 2.4-hectare controlled-environment facility operated by Glass Pharms
· Rjukan - a land-based aquaculture facility in Norway, operated by Hima Seafood, producing trout for international salmonid markets.

We are very pleased to have been featured in AJ Bell’s Money & Markets podcast in May, where Investment Manager Charlie Wright discussed current trends across the renewable energy infrastructure sector and FGEN’s differentiated approach to income delivery.
The discussion highlighted how a number of investment trusts in the sector have shifted away from their traditional income-focused models in response to market pressures. In contrast, FGEN has maintained its progressive dividend, supported by strong dividend cover and a high-quality portfolio that is approximately 80% operational and generating stable, predictable cash flows.
This disciplined focus on income was reinforced in FGEN’s latest NAV and dividend update, with the Board setting a target dividend of 8.04 pence per share for the year to 31 March 2027. This represents a 1.0% increase and marks the Company’s 12th consecutive annual dividend rise since IPO, demonstrating the resilience of its investment strategy.
FGEN’s ability to deliver consistent income growth continues to reflect the benefits of a diversified portfolio of environmental infrastructure assets, providing investors with access to long-term, inflation-linked cash flows while supporting the transition to a more sustainable economy.
