Ed has extensive financial services experience from his time spent in senior positions at several investment banks and financial institutions.

Past Experience Ed has held positions at IFX Group, Old Mutual, NatWest Markets, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He also has considerable investment trust experience, having been Chair of both Standard Life Private Equity Trust plc and Blackrock Energy and Resources Income Trust. Ed is currently Chair of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited.

Ed has also previously served as Chair of Air Partner plc and non-executive director and interim Chair of Clarkson plc.

Stephanie has 15 years’ experience within audit and advisory with PwC in the asset management sector, specialising in listed investment funds in a multitude of asset classes. She has a wealth of knowledge, having advised numerous investment managers throughout the UK, US and Europe on initial public offerings and secondary offerings. Stephanie is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Stephanie is a director of Apax Global Alpha Limited, PPHE Hotels Group Limited and PraxisIFM Group Limited.

Past Experience Prior to joining the JLEN Board and over the past nine years, Stephanie led the PwC capital markets team responsible for advising on the listing process for UK, Guernsey and Jersey investment funds.

Alan has over 30 years’ experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors including electricity, gas and water utilities. He has extensive experience in infrastructure operations and has excellent strategic and commercial skills. He has developed a broad understanding of the dynamics behind the energy transition and has assisted the Government of Guernsey in developing its energy policy. Alan has been the CEO of Guernsey Electricity since 2010 and is a Director of the Channel Islands Electricity Grid.

Alan is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and a Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology.

Past experience Alan commenced his career with P&O and Princess Cruises as a Marine Engineering Officer, followed by 19 years in the oil and gas industry working for Mobil Oil/BP Oil and then International Energy Group before becoming the Managing Director of Manx Gas in the Isle of Man.

Jo has over 20 years’ experience working in the water industry and is the Director of Environment, Planning and Innovation at United Utilities, where she is accountable for leading the approach to environmental and long-term planning; including developing and strengthening the approach to all aspects of the environment, climate change and carbon, asset management, risk and resilience. Jo is a chartered member of the Institute of Water and Environmental Managers and is a Chartered Environmentalist. Jo is also a trustee of the Community Forest Trust and a trustee of the Rivers Trust.

Past experience Jo has worked for United Utilities since 1998 and has a BSc in Geography and Ecology from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Pollution and Environmental Control from Manchester University.

Nadia has extensive experience of executing and managing complex infrastructure investments and has run large renewable energy infrastructure investment portfolios worth billions of dollars. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Washington DC, and a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University, New York. She is fluent in English, French and Norwegian.

Past experience She has held a senior role within a joint venture with Tata Power, has been a director at Nestlé and is a member of the Governing Council of the IFC/World Bank SME Finance Forum. She is currently the CEO of CreditEnable, a global credit insights and technology solutions company.

Chris is a Partner at Foresight Group and has been Investment Manager to FGEN since IPO in 2014. Chris has over 20 years' experience in infrastructure and renewables. Prior to joining Foresight Group in 2019, Chris held positions at Henderson and John Laing, investing across a range of infrastructure sectors including renewables, PPPs and waste.

Chris is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University. Chris also serves as Chair of the Finance Forum for The Association of Renewable Energy and Clean Technology (REA).

Ed joined Foresight Group in 2019 as Head of Valuations across their infrastructure department, with responsibility for the team providing quarterly valuations and analysis on a portfolio spanning over 350 assets and £9.5bn AUM. He joined the senior management team responsible for FGEN in 2022 and he has over 14 years’ experience in infrastructure and renewables.

Prior to joining Foresight, Ed was Head of Valuations at John Laing Capital Management where he was responsible for valuations and financial analysis covering FGEN and the JLIF social infrastructure fund – with a combined portfolio valuation of circa £2bn. Prior to that, Ed was a Project Finance, Modelling and Valuations manager at RSM, where he focused on the origination and management of model build, model audit and training engagements, having previously started his career in audit.

Ed is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a 2.1 BA Hons in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Charlie joined Foresight Group in 2017 and is a Director in the London office where he focuses on managing and deploying capital in energy transition and environmental infrastructure. He has recently joined the senior management team responsible for FGEN and has over 17 years’ experience in the infrastructure and renewables sector as an equity investor, a project director and an adviser. He has overseen and managed circa £700m of investment across various sectors and geographies over the last few years.

Before joining Foresight, Charlie was an Investment Manager at John Laing for three years, specialising in European renewable generation investments. Prior to this, he began his career at KPMG in 2006, where he worked in the infrastructure and renewables advisory practice, providing strategic advisory services to both private and public sector clients.

Charlie holds a BA in History from Exeter University as well as an ICAEW & CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance.

Wilna joined Foresight’s institutional investor relations team in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate and financial communications within the ICT and Financial Services sectors. Previously, she served as Investor Relations and Communications Manager at Experian Plc, a FTSE 100 information services company, and at the JSE-listed Datatec Group, a global ICT solutions and services provider.

Wilna holds a degree in Public Relations Management from the University of Technology in Pretoria, South Africa.
