Board of Directors
FGEN relies on a fully independent Board that provides ongoing oversight of the investment strategy and asset management under a simple, well-aligned management and governance framework. This framework is underpinned by an improved fee structure, with greater alignment between the investment manager and shareholders.
Members of FGEN’s Board of Directors, all of whom are non-executive and independent of the Investment Manager, are listed below.
FGEN has adopted the Association of Investment Companies (the “AIC”) Code of Corporate Governance which has been endorsed by the Financial Reporting Council. In 2014, FGEN became a member of the AIC to benefit from the ongoing development of best practice in the industry.
Investment Manager
FGEN is managed by Foresight Group LLP as its external Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) with discretionary investment
