FGEN news round-up - July 2026
See a round-up of the Company's news, events, projects and initiatives in July 2026.

In John Baron’s latest column for Investors' Chronicle , FGEN is named among "Five trusts that could handsomely reward investors", with our diversified portfolio and growth assets highlighted as key strengths. Baron describes FGEN as one of the most diversified in its peer group, underlining our strong dividend cover of around 1.2x, and a yield exceeding 9%.
This is a theme that was central at our recent Capital Markets Day.
By building a diversified portfolio across wind and solar, alongside anaerobic digestion, biomass, and hydropower, FGEN is positioned to deliver resilient income today while creating opportunities for long-term capital growth. Our growth assets – CNG Fuels, The Glasshouse, operated by Glass Pharms and Rjukan, operated by Hima Seafood, continue to progress through operational ramp-up and are expected to become increasingly important contributors to NAV growth.
John Baron highlights that while sentiment towards the wider renewables sector remains challenging, this may be obscuring the attractive long-term opportunities that continue to exist across environmental infrastructure.
